Dear Media Colleagues,
A media briefing on the Think Wise campaign related to HIV and AIDS awareness will be held tomorrow (Wednesday, August 29, 2012) at 1:00pm at the Press Conference Area , Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka.
Bangladesh all-rounder and Think Wise Champion Shakib Al Hasan, representatives from UNICEF, UNAIDS and BCB will be present on the occasion.
The Think Wise initiative builds on a long-term partnership between the ICC, the joint UNAIDS, UNICEF and the Global Media AIDS Initiative (GMAI) that for more than eight years has reached out to the cricketing community to work together in responding to the global AIDS crisis. The BCB supports the initiative and Bangladeshi cricketers have been spontaneous participants in related programmes.
