The 12 most competitive clubs of Dhaka Metro participate in the Premier League. The Premier League matches are played in the Twenty20 format and the ICC regulations for Twenty20 cricket are followed.  The CCDM (Cricket Committee of Dhaka Metro) is a sub committee of BCB and it manages the Premier League.
